It is with great pleasure that we announce that from this day the Grand Cercle of San Francisco and the Monaco Fencing Federation and the Fencing Club of Monaco have formalized their twinning following the signing of an agreement between our two entities. This marks the launch of a successful exchange program between Monaco and San Francisco.
